Refund policy

We want our customers to be happy! We aim for no hassle returns and exchanges, with a few rules and limitations. Please read our full Return and Refund Policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please email [email protected] or call 508-837-6376 to see if we can accommodate you. Please see below for more information regarding gifts and holiday purchases.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Except for Final Sale merchandise, unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition that has been purchased directly from illumiNITE.us or an illumiNITE Pop-Up Store can be exchanged, refunded, or credited to your account. If the product has been worn, washed, or is not in original condition, we will issue a credit towards a future purchase or exchange the product for something of equal value. Any refunds or credit will be based on the price the customer paid in the original purchase.

Defective merchandise will be evaluated upon receipt. If your products are deemed defective, we will either repair the problem, issue a refund or replace the item.

Final Sale Merchandise

Products denoted as Final Sale are deeply discounted and will not be eligible for return or exchange. The item will be labeled final sale clearly in the title and description. Please review your shopping cart carefully at checkout before you submit your order.

Gifts and Holiday Purchases

Items purchased as gifts or during the holiday season (November 1st 2024 to December 31st 2024 must be returned or exchanged by February 15, 2025. If a refund is requested, we will credit the original purchaser's account or issue a gift card.

Clearance and Discounted Items (if applicable)

Items that were on sale or marked down at time of purchase, or purchased with a coupon or automatic discount, will be refunded or credited at the discounted purchase price.

Can I return items purchased during a BOGO offer for a refund or exchange?

Any item purchased during a Buy One Get One Free (“BOGO”) offer may be returned for an exchange or refund. Please read examples below.

BOGO Exchanges

Items from a BOGO deal are individually eligible to exchange for any item that is of equal or lesser value than the original item’s full price. Any price difference between the original item(s) and the new item(s) will be refunded or charged to your original form of payment. Please see the example below.

BOGO Returns

Items purchased during a BOGO offer are viewed as pairs. The BOGO offer applies to the lower-priced item in the pair, making the lower-priced item free. If a return is necessary, each item in the pair has a new, equal value based off of the order total for the two item, not including shipping charges. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will refund the new value of the returned item to your original method of payment. Please see the examples below to understand how we calculate this amount:

Exchanging One Item from a Buy One Get One Free Offer

The order contains two items: a hat originally priced at $30.00 and gloves originally priced at $42.00. If an exchange is set up for the hat, any item that is priced $30.00 or less is eligible for the exchange. If an exchange is set up for the gloves, any item that is priced $42.00 or less is eligible for the exchange. Any price difference between the original item(s) and the new item(s) will be refunded or charged to your original form of payment.

Returning One Item from a Buy One Get One Free Offer

The order contains two items: The hat for $30.00 and the gloves for $42.00. The order total (not including shipping) is $42.00 (the BOGO offer applies to the hat), meaning each item now has a value of $21.00, or half the order total. Because the order total is divided equally between the two items, the refund amount will be $21.00 regardless of which item is returned. Refunds do not include shipping charges.

Example for Returning Both Items from a Buy One Get One Free Offer

The order contains two items: The hat for $30.00 and the gloves for $42.00. The order total (minus shipping) is $42.00 (the BOGO offer applies to the hat), meaning each item in the pair now has a value of $21.00, which is half of the order total. Returning both items will refund $42.00 (plus any applicable tax) back to the original method of payment. Refunds do not include shipping charges.

Gift Cards (if applicable)

Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

If you purchased your item from one of our valued retailers, please return the product to the original place of purchase.

To return your merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

Fill out the return form provided with your shipment or download a pdf from the footer on any page on our website. Return your product in its original or similar packaging, prepaid freight to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service.

If you are returning a defective item, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please email [email protected] or call 508-837-6376 to obtain said label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If requesting an exchange, you may wish to call us to verify stock availability.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original account and an email will be sent to the original buyer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you think you haven't received a refund to which you are entitled, check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time after we process the refund before your refund is officially posted by your bank.
