Shipping Times

Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the time the order was placed.

illumiNITE orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service or UPS.

Shipping Charges

For retail orders $150.00 USD or more and shipping within the United States, illumiNITE offers free standard shipping using a carrier of our choice. Free shipping does not include overnight, second day, priority, or any other expedited shipping service.

If you need a rush order or require a specific shipping carrier, please choose the expedited shipping service you require at checkout. Expedited shipping charges will be calculated before final submission of your order.

International Shipping (Outside the United States)

For orders shipping outside the United States: Please note that the buyer will be responsible for any customs and clearance fees, duties, GST, VAT, and other taxes depending on the country where you are receiving this shipment. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. illumiNITE is not able to calculate or collect these fees or taxes or predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied.
